How long will the filter last?
Replacement time for your breatheclean filter will vary according to local conditions: on average expect at least one seasons use. A soiled filter is detrimental to the breatheclean system and must be changed (see picture)

Can I wash the filter?
Do not wash or immerse breatheclean filters in liquid as this will cause blockage and damage to its woven polyester filter.

Can the filter be cleaned and re-used?
In some cases it may be possible to remove some dust from the filter to increase longevity; common sense should indicate when replacement becomes necessary.

How many filters do I need?
To effectively filter your ducted air flow it is necessary to fit breatheclean filters in all operational outlets.

Does the filter interfere with heating?
Extensive tests carried out using breatheclean filters have determined that there are no detrimental effects to the ducted heating equipment. The filters provide a maximal filtration of air with a minimal reduction in airflow.
